Water Tower
The Indian Hill Water Works system has a single elevated water storage tank, as well as underground storage (which depend on the operation of booster pumps to utilize them). The existing half million-gallon water tower located on Miami Rd. is under-sized, inadequately elevated, and at the end of its useful life as it is nearly 90 years old. Water system studies completed in 2008 and 2011 included recommendations to install a new water tower due to insufficient water storage and aging infrastructure. The Village has been in planning stages of the project since 2021. Following an updated study of the water system completed by Burgess & Niple in December 2024, a community engagement process began.
