Information regarding the 2020 Primary Election
Although Livingston Lodge will be closed through the end of April, the Lodge WILL BE OPEN for voting. The following is a public service announcement I received from the Hamilton County Board of Elections:
Voting at Polling Places on Election Day
We are taking precautionary steps at all 332 polling locations by providing hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for use on high touch areas (voting equipment, styli, pens, tables, and voting booths).  Voters are welcome to bring their own pens into the voting booths (blue or black ink). Informational Sheets regarding everyday preventive actions to guard against the spread of illnesses are also being distributed to each polling location.
Event and Village Facility Status

Please refer to the Village Website and App for continual updates. The following have been added since March 13, 2020:
  • Mayor’s Court will be continued for a minimum of 30 days until further order of the court
  • April 24-25, 2020 Rowe Arboretum Annual Plant Sale has been postponed until further notice
While all Indian Hill offices will remain open during their normal hours, I respectfully ask residents to refrain from visiting the facilities. Please contact the appropriate department via e-mail or telephone (513-561-6500). In addition, there is a drop box available in the Administration building’s parking lot for bill payments.
As always, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed and all pertinent Village services will continue as normal with no anticipated disruptions. Thank you for your patience, understanding and flexibility during this unprecedented and continually changing time.
