VILLAGE-RELATED COVID-19 UPDATES

As of the May 27th Bulletin distribution, the Ohio Director of Health re-issued the Order for Business Guidelines and Social Distancing through July 1, 2020. The following includes new updates on the Village facilities and activities since the May 27th Bulletin
4th of July
- Due to the current social distancing directives, the Village will be postponing the 4th of July parade and festival until further notice. The Village will consider having another community event later in the year as future State directives are unveiled.
- Stephen Field fireworks REMAIN SCHEDULED AT 9:45 P.M.
a. Fireworks will be displayed higher to be seen from more homes
b. Parked car viewing from adjacent lots will be allowed; however, social distancing directives must be respected
c. The Village will be providing more logistical details in the June Bulletin, on the website and through e-mail blasts
Administration – the Administration, Rangers, and Public Works facilities will re-open on June 8, 2020 with social distancing directives and limited contact with staff. For payment drop offs, please utilize the drop box located in the Administration Building parking lot.
Council/Committee Meetings – continue to meet remotely through June with future meeting formats determined at a later date. Please refer to the Village Calendar at www.indianhill.gov for dates, web links and updated information.
Mayors Court – resume on June 15, 2020 with social distancing directives
Parks – view current info at https://indianhill.gov/recreation/parks/
Stephan Field Tennis Courts – open with social distancing directives. Regulations are posted on the Village website and at the tennis courts.
