Thank You for Participating

in the Community Engagement Process:

Next Steps

Over the last several months, the Village of Indian Hill has undertaken one of the most robust and inclusive community engagement efforts in recent history. As we face significant decisions regarding the future of Indian Hill Water Works, we want to thank every resident who has contributed their voice to this important process.

From new federal PFAS regulations to the future location of a new water tower, these are once-in-a-lifetime decisions that will have lasting impacts on the quality, reliability, and sustainability of our local water system. We knew from the beginning that these topics required not only technical study—but also thoughtful, deliberate input from the community.

In total, the Village has hosted three town halls with hundreds of attendees. We have received dozens of exit surveys, held many one-on-one and small group neighborhood meetings, answered countless phone calls and emails, and will work with the Village Advisory Committee to compile feedback and work toward a comprehensive report for Village Council to incorporate into their decision-making.

This process has been unlike anything the Village has done before. Your questions, concerns, suggestions, and ideas have shaped how we move forward—and your voices will continue to guide the path ahead.  Most important, no final decision has been made regarding the site of the future water tower. The process is still underway, and we remain committed to transparency and careful analysis as we move into the next phases.
