About
Given the limited number of Facilities available, the Village will prioritize Village Residents for granting reservations for individual recreational use as defined in the policy. Residents are defined as those with home addresses in the Village of Indian Hill. All courts when not otherwise reserved or during designated open play times, may be used by persons in the community for recreational play on a first-come, first-served basis.
Organized Groups/Teams
Any organized groups/teams wishing to use facilities for the conducting of training, practices or games, must be approved for use following the guidelines set forth in the Village of Indian Hill Recreational Facility Use Policy. If a team is approved for use, court availability will be adjusted accordingly. This adjustment will still allow for some access to courts for recreational play. All inquiries and reservation requests should be directed to the Recreation Program Manager.
Checking Court Availability
Click the Resident Sign Up button below, then select the tab labeled Stephan (Pickleball Courts) and select the court you wish to view.
- Court A is always open play.
- Court B defaults to open play when no one is signed up. All available/open slots will be listed under that tab.
