I can’t pay my water bill, what should I do?

Call the office at (513) 561-6679 to discuss payment plan options to avoid disconnection. Please do this before your water is shut off, once your water is shut off it cannot be turned back on without full payment of the outstanding bill along with an additional $50.00 shut off fee.

What would make my water bill so high?

Your bill is calculated based on your water usage. Has your usage increased? Do you have a toilet running? A faucet leaking? Have you noticed any wet spots in your yard? Please call the office at (513) 561-6679 and schedule a leak check.  There is no charge for this service.

Is there a discount for filling my pool?

There is not a discount on the water used for filling your pool, but you will not be charged additional sewer charges if they apply.  Please advise the office at (513) 561-6679 if you fill a pool, so your account can be noted.
