Lacrosse Required Equipment

All athletes will need to provide their own equipment listed below: Boys Helmet Gloves Elbow Pads Shoulder Pad Stick Mouth Guard Cup (is needed for Grades 3-6) Girls Stick Goggles Mouth Guard A uniform is provided to all levels of Rec Lacrosse.

Field Hockey Age Divisions

Field Hockey is open to Girls in grades 6-8. These grades will probably play as one group, though numbers may allow us to field multiple teams.
