Lacrosse Required Equipment

All athletes will need to provide their own equipment listed below:

Boys

• Helmet
• Gloves
• Elbow Pads
• Shoulder Pad
• Stick
• Mouth Guard
• Cup (is needed for Grades 3-6)

Girls

• Stick
• Goggles
• Mouth Guard

A uniform is provided to all levels of Rec Lacrosse.
