Per Indian Hill Ordinance, we can issue a maximum one time credit of $250.00 toward an underground leak repair. The leak needs to have been an underground issue that caused the high bill, and must have a receipt for a documented repair performed by a plumber to receive the credit. Irrigation system leaks are not considered underground leaks, the leak must derive from the water service line that feeds the home or business.
