The Village of Indian Hill will observe Halloween on October 31 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Individual families can opt in or out depending on their own comfort level. On September 18th Governor DeWine issued COVID-19 guidelines pertaining to all Halloween related events, including trick-or treating. You can locate these guidelines at:

In addition, the Center for Disease Control, recently announced its recommendations for Halloween which cautions about taking part in annual Halloween traditions. Health officials have recommended lower-risk activities to do. Those include having a virtual Halloween costume contest, holding a movie night with people you live with, or having a candy-scavenger hunt in your home.
