The Village of Indian Hill Planning Commission will consider a request by Mat Walker, WP Land Company, for Final Plat approval to subdivide the existing property located at 5680 Drake Road. The proposal will split the existing 11.3-acre parcel into three separate residential building lots served by a private drive (see attached Final Plat).
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the public hearing will be conducted as a telephone conference call.
